On the advice of the Talking Rocks, Zalberk's journey continues through the woods and valleys of the kingdom of Kærian, where he will meet Àltherin, a wood elf who informs him of a Legendary Diary written by the Last Startraveler hidden in the Ghost Citadel Library.

From Erk Onger, the Tower of Doom, his archenemy Zoltark, the Dark Wizard, observes Zalberk in the Mirror of Visions, who is walking through Gélvetiarth, the Ghost Citadel, once radiant and prosperous, now decadent and desolate.
∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆
The Old Wizard searches and finds the Legendary Diary in the dusty library of the Citadel, where the information he was looking for is written: he had to go to the Hall of the Ancients, Lægh Thoarn.
Between the last pages of the diary he finds a map, with the location of the Hall, but strange and restless spirits roam the Citadel and Zalberk is forced to flee before night falls.

After crossing the Deniarm Woods, Zalberk then found refuge for the night in an Old Abandoned Mill on a Hilltop, where small, strange and friendly magical creatures lived, which changed shape at will, transforming from little men into little animals.

Once he get to Lægh Thoarn, the Hall of the Ancients, Zalberk will find the Lady of the Night, eternal keeper of the Light of Moon and Stars, who will help him in his ascension to the firmament.
